Instructions For Existing Users Who Have Posted Concerts Before

Posting Shows On Our Concert Calendar – Instructions for Existing Users Only

Our Concert Calendar is located at URL http://www.mediawebsource.net/

1. Existing Users should already have a User Name & Password when you initially signed up to Post Shows On our Concert Calendar.  Go To web address: http://www.mediawebsource.net/existinguser.htm (see screen print below) and enter your user name and password.  If you need to retrieve login info enter your email above that gray box. 

2. Now that you have logged in you should see this screen print below.  You will now click Manage Listings.  **Note: The sign in box will disappear and the Manage Listings link will appear after you have signed in.  (FYI - If you have gone to our page and are already signed in from a previous session, you may not see the Manage Listings link, especially if you are already signed in - Go to #3 below in this instance).

3. Once you have clicked on Manage Listings you will see the page below.  To Create a New Show Listing Click The Create Box at the far Right of the screen.  If you would like to manage previous posts click the manage button next to the Show of your choosing.  You can also preview listings and Remove them here as well.  The My Profile Box at the top allows you to go in an updated profile items such as band website address or Band Name etc. 

4. Create A Show – Once You have hit the Create Button You will see this screen print below.  Here you can add Band Name, Show Date, Location, Venue, Directions, Show Time, Band URL and more.  You can even attach images (Absolutely No Explicit images will be tolerated – Your account will be deleted if any objectionable material is posted to our site) We approve all postings before you will see them on our site.  This allows us to prevent objectionable material from being posted.  Click Save Button at the far right when complete. 

5. Once you have clicked Save – You will see this screen below.  Pending Approval will show next to you listings.  This just means that our website administrator must approve the show before it actually lists on our site.  This prevents spammers from posting to our site.  Please allow up to 48 hours for show dates to post.
