Posting Shows On Our Concert Calendar – Instructions
for New Users Only

- New Users - Go To web address: http://www.mediawebsource.net/newuser.htm (see screen print below) and enter your band name, email address, username, password, and Band website address (start with http://www.). Please enter the items twice in order for verification. We need your band website address in order to verify that spammers are not registering with our site. We must approve all applicants by verifying your band website address. You will not be able to post shows until we approve your account. An initial welcome or activation email will be sent telling you that your account has been activated.
- Now that you have logged in you should see this screen print below. Account Created will show in Green Text (See Below). You will not be able to login to your account until it has been activated. An email will be sent once activation has occurred.
- Once you have received you account activation email go to http://www.mediawebsource.net/existinguser.htm to sign in. Once you sign in and click Manage Listings you will see this page below. FYI: If you don't see the Manage Listings Link, you may already be signed in.
- To
Create a New Show Listing Click The Create Box at the far Right of the
screen. If you would like to
manage previous posts click the manage button next to the Show of your
choosing. You can also preview
listings and Remove them here as well.
The My Profile Box at the top allows you to go in an updated
profile items such as band website address or Band Name etc.
- Create A Show – Once You have hit the Create Button You will see this screen print below. Here you can add Band Name, Show Date, Location, Venue, Directions, Show Time, Band URL and more. You can even attach images (Absolutely No Explicit images will be tolerated)– Your account will be deleted if any objectionable material is posted to our site) We approve all postings before you will see them on our site. This allows us to prevent objectionable material from being posted. Click Save Button at the far right when complete.
- Once you have clicked Save – You will see this screen below. Pending Approval will show next to you listings. This just means that our website administrator must approve the show before it actually lists on our site. This prevents spammers from posting to our site. Please allow up to 48 hours for show dates to post.
- At this point you
can either click Create to Post more of your upcoming shows or click
manage to edit existing shows that you have already created.
Click preview to view what your listing will eventually look like
on our site. To leave the show
posting page just x out and feel free to re-enter our Concert Calendar
at www.mediawebsource.net
to see your shows posted once we approve them.
Allow up to 48 hours for shows to post.
